• Hosting Services

• Email Services

• Other digital products or services noted as refundable as determined by Xdor

Non-Refundable Products and Services

The following digital & marketing products and services are non-refundable:

• Custom-developed product, software and applications

• Managed services

• Monthly subscriptions

• Other digital marketing products and services as determined by Xdor

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must submit a written request to Xdor - support@xdor.net within 30 days of the purchase date. The refund request must include the following information:

• Your name and contact information

• The date of purchase

• The product or service you purchased

• The reason for your refund request

Refund Processing

Xdor will process all refund requests within 14 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

Limitation of Liability
